Fixing Click-to-Call in Teams
 

What is happening?
 

  • We have deployed a fix for the ongoing click-to-call issue you have been experiencing since the migration to Teams

 

What do I need to do?
 

  • If you are logging in to a branch computer for the first time since the fix was released, you may have to close the Teams app by right-clicking on the  icon near the clock and selecting Quit.  Then reopen Teams by double clicking the icon on the desktop
  • Do not reboot before reopening Teams or you may continue to have an issue with click-to-call
  • If you still encounter any issues after going through the above steps, please contact the Support Team for additional support
